  • Intro to Crossfit

Our Intro to Crossfit class is great for newcomers wanting to try Crossfit or for beginner crossfitters that need a little extra practice and guidance through the various movements and terminology commonly used in a Crossfit class. Each week or so, we will offer this class on different days and times to accommodate anyone’s schedule!
